How long does delivery take?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all products. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and address details to avoid delivery delays or cancellation.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Any applicable shipping charges for orders below this amount will be clearly displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You may also contact our support team for tracking assistance.

What is your return policy?

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received damaged. All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a mandatory unboxing video.

Do you provide refunds?

Refunds are not the standard resolution. In approved cases, replacements or store credit are provided. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances, subject to internal review.

Why is an unboxing video required?

An unboxing video helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and prevents misuse of return policies. Requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Order cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been confirmed or dispatched. Customers placing COD orders are expected to accept delivery.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the order may be cancelled.
